.:.All-American Rejects - Gives You Hell.:.
8:08 PMIn 2005, the All-American Rejects emerged as consistent pop-rock hitmakers with three consecutive hit singles from their album Move Along. The title song, in particular, has become a memorable and enduring, even moving, recording. It should come as no surprise, then, that the band's first single from their upcoming album When the World Comes Down is instantly engaging and sticks in the memory like bubblegum.
For their third studio album, When the World Comes Down, All-American Rejects switched producers from rock hero Howard Benson to Eric Valentine, perhaps best known for producing a series of Smash Mouth hits and managing Good Charlotte. The shift in producers is immediately obvious in the band's sound. Gone are thrashing pop-punk sounds in favor of a soul-pop vibe that will be familiar to Smash Mouth fans.
However, the band gives its own twist to "Gives You Hell." The lyrics are filled with a cleverly snarky attitude. The attitude of "Dirty Little Secret" is here in full force, and you will likely find yourself singing along. If the chorus wasn't catchy enough, the band accents the point with a crowd singalong to close out the track.
Fans and critics alike should not look to All-American Rejects for cutting edge innovation. However, the band covers the pop-rock basics exceptionally well. Look for All-American Rejects to head back to the pop top 10 with ease. - Bill Lamb, About.com
.:.My Life Would Suck Without You MV.:.
8:51 PMThe erstwhile American Idol has kicked off her comeback with one for the history books as her new single, "My Life Would Suck Without You," not only became the first No. 1 with suck in the title, but also made the largest leap to the top slot in Hot 100 history.
The Max Martin- and Dr. Luke-crafted song jumped 96 spots, beating the previous biggest move, Britney Spears' recent 95-spot jump for "Womanizer."
But Clarkson's history-making ways don't stop there. "My Life" also makes Clarkson the first Idol contestant to score a second solo No. 1.
Her first came shortly after she won the inaugural Idol, with "A Moment Like This." Her hugely popular 2005 hit "Since U Been Gone" only made it to No. 2.
In fact, all the previous Idol-spawned No. 1s—Clay Aiken's "This Is the Night," Fantasia's " I Believe," Carrie Underwood's "Inside Your Heaven" and Taylor Hicks' "Do I Make You Proud"—were season-finale performances released shortly afterwards. Clarkson is also the first Idol contestant to top the Hot 100 in nearly three years.
Clarkson was powered by massive digital sales. In its debut week, "My Life" sold nearly 280,000 downloads to top the Digital Tracks chart. She undoubtedly hopes this is a return to form after the My December debacle.
Her new album, All I Ever Wanted, will be released on March 17. - e!

.:.Upcoming Movie - Push (2009).:.
9:51 PMThe Division, a shadowy government agency, is genetically transforming citizens into an army of psychic warriors--and brutally disposing of those unwilling to participate. Nick Gant, a second-generation telekinetic or "mover," has been in hiding since the Division murdered his father more than a decade earlier. He has found sanctuary in densely populated Hong Kong--the last safe place on earth for fugitive psychics like him--but only if he can keep his gift a secret. Nick is forced out of hiding when Cassie Holmes, a 13-year-old clairvoyant or "watcher," seeks his help in finding Kira, an escaped "pusher" who may hold the key to ending the Division's program.
Pushers possess the most dangerous of all psychic powers: the ability to influence others' actions by implanting thoughts in their minds. But Cassie's presence soon attracts the attention of the Division's human bloodhounds, forcing Nick and Cassie to flee for their lives. With the help of a team of rogue psychics, the unlikely duo traverses the seedy underbelly of the city, trying to stay one step ahead of the authorities as they search for Kira. But they find themselves square in the crosshairs of Division Agent Henry Carver, a pusher who will stop at nothing to keep them from achieving their goal.
WATCHERS
These rare and mysterious agents are trained to self-induce visions of the future, very much like a prolonged sense of deja vu. The technique of following the future, either of a person or object, is called subject tracking. A Watcher's skill is primarily rated by how far they can see into the future. The Temporal Alteration Phenomenon (TAP) was the term given to unforeseen changes and disturbances that cause a future prediction to lose its integrity. Some say that even talking about the future can create enough TAP to change it.
PUSHERS
Potentially the most dangerous of all agents, these individuals can "push" specific thoughts, memories and even emotions into their targets. This technique can be used to gain a subject's trust, or have them perform any action, thinking it was their own agenda. These transplanted thoughts can last a few hours, days, or even years.
Experienced pushers have a trademark "back story" that they have honed over the years, to quickly inject large amounts of information into their targets. Division trains all its agents to defend themselves against pushers, but the technique has proven largely ineffective in the field.
MOVERS
Movers can manipulate inanimate objects at varying distances. The actual technique is known as kinetic signature control, where the mover is trained to hear and identify the specific atomic frequency of any given material, and alter the gravity wave around it, usually producing the nearby air to appear "warped."
Advanced movers can work at a molecular level creating protective shields in the air around them.
BLEEDERS
Unique to Chinese government psychic abilities, Bleeders are trained solely for assassination purposes. They have the ability to emit high-pitched sonic vibrations that cause ruptures in a target's blood vessels. In recent years, synthetic materials have been surgically implanted in their eyes to slide upwards and protect the delicate ocular tissue that would otherwise be damaged by their own sonic vibrations. Before the implants were perfected, reports of a Bleeder's eyes popping out during an attack were common, earning the nickname "Popboys."
SHIFTERS
These individuals can temporarily shift patterns of light on any object to create illusions to the naked eye. They work mostly on a touch basis, but once the illusion is established, it remains with the object for short periods of time. For example, a Shifter could momentarily touch a one dollar bill, altering its light pattern to appear as one hundred dollar bill for hours until the effect expires. The length of the shift is based on experience and ability.
SNIFFS
Sniffs are highly developed clairvoyants who can track the location of either people or objects over varying distances. Like psychic bloodhounds, their tracking ability is increased if they have tactile access to an object that has been in direct contact with the subject. Sniffs receive information based on images, not specific addresses, which is why identifiable landmarks help increase their effectiveness. Sniffs prefer to track their targets with personal items like toothbrushes as these items tend to keep "psychic residue" for great lengths of time.
SHADOWS
Shadows are trained to block the vision of other clairvoyants such as Sniffs, making any subject within their target radius appear "dark." Experience will enhance the size of the area they can shadow and the intensity of their shielding effect. Shadows need to be awake to be awake to perform their ability, and it is common for a detail of two Shadows to operate in shifts while protecting a person or object for extended periods.
WIPERS
Wipers are skilled at either temporary or permanent memory erasure, an invaluable asset in espionage. Experience will dictate the accuracy of their wipes, though the danger is always present that they will eliminate a desired memory.
STITCHES
Stitches are psychic surgeons trained to quickly reconstruct cells to their previous or healthy state. Using only their hands, the can heal and even "unheal" whatever they have done. For more detailed work, Stitches use a silver based cream on their hands which acts as a conductor to their ability.

EPISODE 8 (27 Jan 2009)
Ok… ok… call me overacting but i just watched Episode 8 of Kkotboda Namja and i found this episode extremely touching as much as it was funny…
Anybody else who got choked up when Jandi and Jihoo went on that date and all she can remember was JunPyo? *me raises hand*
There were a lot of things that were changed from this episode that was not in the previous version or were omitted from the previous versions and i don’t have much to say about it… I have remained unbiased and neutral in terms of comparison to other versions that i watched while watching this series and i found out that it is perhaps the reason why i am enjoying the show as much and looking at it with an altogether different outlook and a new perspective… so since it works… i ain’t fixin’ what ain’t broken…
On this episode, The Stalker Jun Pyo touched my heart… like a fool who adds salt to his already gaping wound, he tortures himself with images of Jandi and Jihoo together on their date… Can’t say i blame the guy, coz if i were in his shoes and i have resources like his at my disposal, i’d be dying of curiosity too and would want to know what i’m up against so i’d also scope out the competition… hehehe!
As much as i’m happy that finally JunPyo and Jandi have come to realize the extent of their feelings after playing the push and pull game… My heart breaks for JiHoo tremendously… having to go through the pain of a love that remained unreciprocated with Suh Hyeon and then meeting Jandi who gave him a teeny weeny ray of hope that perhaps, it is probable for him to fall in love again and like someone the same way that he did with his first love and that person like him back… Fate would not even let him have a break…it is a case of history repeating itself… except this time, he has the added burden of seeing the girl he had grown to like play sweet music with his best friend and act as confidant whenever they have their love problems… (TORTURE ANYONE?)
*Sigh* I’ve seen all three versions and i know the outcome of JiHoo’s love angle but i just wish he’d get a break… NO WONDER THE POOR GUY IS ALWAYS DEPRESSED! HE NEEDS A GIRL! *coughs… ME…coughs* Wahahaha!
Again, the hockey game almost had me breathless… this show is really capitalizing on my obsession about sweaty, hot guys in uniform playing physical, bodybreaking sports… I can forgive any flaw that the scriptwriter and the PD had done just keep these scenes coming… hahaha!
The second half of the show had me in stitches over JunPyo and Jandi’s budding relationship… that date at the golf course had me LOLing and the sashimi dinner was too funny for me (since Jandi is just too country bumpkin i swear!) so at the end of it all i was like a crazy lunatic crying my eyes out then laughing wholeheartedly… hahaha!
Caps from today’s episode:
So the pen went in handy during that cable car date… and Junpyo wrote…
Junpyo (heart) Jandi… First night together…
AWWWW!!! Nothing like good ole vandalism to bring you that lovin feeling… hehehe!
So guys… i therefore conclude… it is not the brown Jacket yesterday… coz he was wearing white today and this checkered shirt and it still gave me that swooning feeling…IT MUST BE HYUN JOONG… hehehe!
I’ve seen him like this countless of times, but please oh please… can you make Minho be jealous more and more? He’s just soooo hot when he’s bitten by the green eyed monster…
I swear this kid makes me want to go up to Minho and ask him to be the father of my child… wahahaha! (me and 5 Million others!)
Another week of waiting… *sigh*

EPISODE 7 (26 Jan 2009)
OMO! I just finished watching episode 7 of Kkotboda Namja and it was a heck of an episode…
Call me biased or maybe i’m really bitten by the BOF bug big time but it was one testosterone pumped, adrenaline rushing, hormone inducing episode…
What can be hotter than the boys doing horseback riding and car racing? BE STILL MY HEART! I thought i’d gone to jock heaven! (i never thought i’d say this in my entire life but this is the only time i wish that i was born as a horse… hahaha! The sight of Minho and Hyun Joong riding that horse was just ohhhh soooo sexy, i think i’d dream of it tonight… wahahaha!)
But seriously, this could have been the most boring episode ever and i’d still love every single minute of it… MINHO and HYUN JOONG are absolutely DIVINEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
I think Kim Hyun Joo played the part of Goo Jun Pyo’s sister pretty well and she is believable as a down to earth socialite… I am just a little concerned and at the edge of my seat, since in this episode, JiHoo and Jandi appeared to be getting closer and on the verge of developing a real relationship and i wonder where the director or scriptwriter is taking that storyline…
One must remember that in MG, San Cai did get closer to Lei during these parts but her thoughts are still with Dao Ming Sz and i don’t think there’s much of that shown for this version… (although who knows? maybe i need subs since i don’t understand Korean…)
Anyways, sharing caps of Minho for this episode in all his absolute cuteness…
One of my most favorite scene for today’s episode:
AND THIS? THIS ALMOST KILLED ME… THAT BROWN LEATHER JACKET IS MAGIC… WIZARDRY… WITCHCRAFT… I’VE NEVER FOUND HYUN JOONG HOTTER…
*stares, swoons and flatlines…*
DEFIIIBBBBbbbbb…. hehehehe!
